Golden Gloves, Silver Gloves, Junior Olympics – BFS is a registered US Amateur Boxing Gym. “Hands only” boxing training is incorporated into all of our Savate and Kickboxing/Muay Thai classes. Amateur boxers can start competition at age 8, and end up at the Olympics.

Our registered competitors train intensively at the fighters training. Whether you want to compete, or just train HARD, this class is for you!

BFS also trains Professional Boxers.
