Summer Boot Camp is a 5 week fitness program starting on June 17, 2013. There are 13 seats available (Class size is 15 seats). This program is good for anyone ages 14 and over.
If you are looking for a fun yet challenging way to whip your body into shape, this is the place for you. Fitness boot camps are a form of group exercise that combines the use of calisthenic and body weight exercises with cardiovascular, interval and strength training. Fitness boot camps are a motivational, cost-effective way to get in shape.
Starting on Monday, June 17th and the last day is Friday August 16th.
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
